1 large head of romaine lettuce
FOR CROUTONS:
2 slices of sourdough bread

pinch of salt and pepper
pinch of granulated garlic
FOR DRESSING:
1 tablespoon crushed garlic,
1 tablespoon capers drained and smashed with a fork
1/2 cup of tahini
1 tablespoon white miso
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon brine from jar of capers
2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon granulated onion
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Add ingredients to salad dressing shaker. Keeps for a few days in the fridge!
