1 cup of ice
½ cup Frozen blueberries
1 cup Spinach
Handful of almonds
½ frozen mango (optional for sweetness)
Chia seeds
Flax seeds
Vanilla plant-based protein powder – add any other superfood powders here including adaptogens, maca, and or moringa powder
Almond milk to cover 1/3 of ingredients
Blend and enjoy!
Optional top with hemp seed
