Shiitake Mushroom Lettuce Wraps
INGREDIENTS
2 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic minced
7 oz shiitake mushrooms minced
6 oz walnuts minced
1/2 tsp salt
Hemp seeds
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 head lettuce (Romaine or hydroponic butter crunch)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Clean and stem mushrooms
Coat mushrooms with sesame oil
Roast mushrooms for 10 min at 400 degrees
Halfway through roasting drizzle and lighting coat the mushrooms with sauce and roast for another 10 min
Add mushroom and walnuts to the food processor and lightly chop
Drizzle sauce (to taste) over the mixture and blend again.
Spoon mushroom walnut mixture into lettuce leaves top with hemp seeds and serve.
